VISA Information

1) Visa invitation letters will be automatically provided upon registration. Once you have completed your registration and payment, an official invitation letter will be generated and sent to you. (You need to check the checkbox during the registration)

2) Depending on your nationality, you need more materials to apply VISA. Please refer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan Visa Information Page ( https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html ) for detailed information on visa applications and requirements.
