Participants who registered after noon of June 28th(JST) will be placed on a waiting list due to full registration for the banquet. Please check with the on-site registration desk for details.
Note: As reception is a boat cruise, the number of passengers is limited by the number of people allowed on the boats. For this reason, please note that late registrants may not be able to board the boat. It depends on availability. We regret to inform you that we have reached capacity and will not be accepting any further attendance for the reception.

Authors must register and provide information of their paper by May 17th AoE.

Note all deadlines on the registration site are set to the final day (July 2nd, JST) of the conference.
POLICIES
1) Each paper (main, industry, workshop or poster/demo paper) must be accompanied by one full registration (non-student registration).
2) Each PhD forum paper must be accompanied by at least one student registration.
3) Note that one full registration can cover one main/industry/workshop paper, one demo/poster paper and one Ph.D. forum paper, and one student registration can cover only one PhD forum paper.
4) If you are not already an IEEE member, you may join IEEE by visiting: https://www.ieee.org/membership-application/join.html.
5) All registration includes lunch, coffee break and banquet.
6) An additional banquet ticket can be purchased only at the registration site based on availability.
7) Registration cancelled on/before June 10, 2024 AoE is subject to 100 USD charge for processing fee. Registrations associated with a paper may not be cancelled. Registration may NOT be cancelled after June 10, 2024 AoE.
8) If you have any troubles during the registration, please send an email to IEEE CS : ieeecs-reg+SmartComp at computer.org, if you need any registration assistance, including multiple paper registrations with one account (e.g., adding one more main track paper to pay two full registration fee).
